• The content of your brief, including delivery requirements and budget indications.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil orders, coordinate deliveries, keep accounting records, meet statutory obligations and improve this website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent when you send us an enquiry, on the basis of a contract when you place an order, and where necessary to comply with the law, including Kenyan tax and record-keeping obligations. We share information only where it is needed to do the job: with carriers and logistics partners making a delivery, with manufacturers or suppliers fulfilling your order, and with our accountants or auditors. Where a supplier must see part of your brief to price it, we share only that part.

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy record-keeping requirements; quotations and invoices are retained for the periods required by Kenyan law. Information is stored in accounts and systems protected by passwords and access controls, and is accessible only to staff who need it.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request correction of anything inaccurate, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or ask us to delete information we no longer need.
